RETURNS

Your can return your products to our logistics fulfilment center within 14 calendar days after purchase.

You will need to use the return form which you can have upon requesting a return authorisation to uae@usuvu.com.

We ask you to pay the shipping costs of shipping the item(s) back to us.

The item(s) need to be unused and not damaged, in original retail packaging. 

Refunds will be given to the account number that is known to us. Always save your tracking number!

 

Design Your Own products cannot be exchanged or returned.
